Overview
Count backwards with the third number of range(): the step.
Problem Statement
Read a whole number n (1 or more). Print the numbers from n down to 1, each on its own line, then Liftoff!. For example, for 5:

Liftoff!
Use input() with no prompt text: the tests type the input for you, and a prompt would end up in your output.
